register and activate a PAL Account.

information to process your registration, fulfill your service order maintain the
quality of our service, generate statistics about our visitors, facilitate payment
in respect of Services rendered to you, customize and improve the content of our
APP, fulfill any other request you have made, conduct research and generally enhance
our service delivery to you. The information collected is also used to prepare
reports for our internal use and for our current or potential partners.

Service Providers are persons and entities that we contract with to provide us a material service in connection with our business purposes, such as bank processing companies and technology companies. You agree to maintain a record sheet showing Identification details, phone numbers
and addresses of clients for whom payments and bills are processed. Ensure that all
required KYC information requested at sign up is accurately recorded, with clear
pictures of the account owners. Non compliance with this requirement may cause your
account to be flagged as suspicious and placed on a fraud watchlist. You also
acknowledge that you are required to flag and report in writing showing the phone
numbers and destination account numbers of suspected initiators and beneficiaries
any suspicious transaction that they may be forced to process at the nearest law
enforcement office and provide us with a report of the same for our records.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third-party links

be aware that we do not control such other websites or such other websites’ business
